1. 1. A camping shelter is:

   1. a. Clean and sanitary;
   2. b. Ventilated by an openable window, air conditioning, or other mechanical device; and
   3. c. Maintained free from public health nuisance and free from insect and vermin infestation.

2. 2. Bedding and towels provided in a camping shelter are:

   1. a. Maintained in good-repair;
   2. b. Clean and sanitary; and
   3. c. Kept free of ectoparasites including bedbugs, lice, and mites.
