1. 1. Bedding and towels provided by the campground are:

   1. a. Maintained in good-repair;
   2. b. Clean and sanitary; and
   3. c. Kept free of ectoparasites including bedbugs, lice, and mites.

2. 2. A community kitchen provided by a campground:

   1. a. Is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition; and
   2. b. Complies with 9 A.A.C. 8, Article 1 if operating as a food establishment.

3. 3. Any multi-use utensils and equipment provided by the campground are easily cleanable and either:

   1. a. Are washed, rinsed, and made sanitary before use by each separate individual; or
   2. b. A conspicuously located sign identifies which multi-use utensils and equipment provided by the campground are not washed, rinsed, and made sanitary before use by each separate individual.

4. 4. A campground shall comply with 9 A.A.C. 8 Article 8, if within a common area, the campground provides a:

   1. a. Natural bathing place as defined in A.A.C. R18-5-201,
   2. b. Semi-artificial bathing place as defined in R9-8-801,
   3. c. Spa as defined in A.A.C. R18-5-201, or
   4. d. Swimming pool as defined in A.A.C. R18-5-201.
