1. 1. Each common area:

   1. a. Is clean and sanitary,
   2. b. Is ventilated by an openable window, air conditioning, or other mechanical device,
   3. c. Is maintained free from public health nuisance and free from insect and vermin infestations, and
   4. d. Has refuse containers as specified in R9-8-507(1).

2. 2. Bedding and cloth towels provided by the recreational vehicle park are:

   1. a. Maintained in good-repair;
   2. b. Clean and sanitary; and
   3. c. Kept free of ectoparasites including bedbugs, lice, and mites.

3. 3. A community kitchen provided by a recreational vehicle park:

   1. a. Is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition; and
   2. b. Complies with 9 A.A.C. 8, Article 1, if operating as a food establishment.

4. 4. Any multi-use utensils and equipment provided by a recreational vehicle park in a common areas or community kitchen are easily cleanable and either:

   1. a. Are washed, rinsed, and made sanitary before use by each separate individual; or
   2. b. A conspicuously located sign identifies which multi-use utensils and equipment provided by the recreational vehicle park are not washed, rinsed, and made sanitary before use by each separate individual.

5. 5. A recreational vehicle park shall comply with 9 A.A.C. 8 Article 8, if within a common area, the recreational vehicle park provides a:

   1. a. Natural bathing place as defined in A.A.C. R18-5-201,
   2. b. Semi-artificial bathing place as defined in R9-8-801,
   3. c. Spa as defined in A.A.C. R18-5-201, or
   4. d. Swimming pool as defined in A.A.C. R18-5-201.

A responsible party shall ensure that the following requirements are met:
