1. A. R9-7-1921 through R9-7-1957 of this Article apply to any person who, under the rules in this chapter, possesses or uses at any site, an aggregated category 1 or category 2 quantity of radioactive material.

2. B. R9-7-1971 through R9-7-1981 of this Article applies to any person who, under the rules of this chapter:

   1. 1. Transports or delivers to a carrier for transport in a single shipment, a category 1 or category 2 quantity of radioactive material; or
   2. 2. Imports or exports a category 1 or category 2 quantity of radioactive material; the provisions only apply to the domestic portion of the transport.
