1. A. If the services specified in R7-2-1061(A) are needed, persons may submit and the school district may solicit persons engaged in providing the services to submit statements of qualifications on a prescribed form that shall include the following information:

   1. 1. Technical education and training;
   2. 2. General or special experience, certifications, licenses, and memberships in professional associations, societies, or boards;
   3. 3. An expression of interest in providing a particular service; and
   4. 4. Any other pertinent information requested by the school district.
2. B. Persons who have submitted statements of qualifications may amend those statements at any time by filing a new statement.
