1. A. The Department shall reinstate terminated benefit payments within 10 calendar days when:

   1. 1. The Department terminated benefit payments in error,
   2. 2. The Department receives a court order or administrative hearing decision mandating reinstatement, or
   3. 3. The recipient timely files a request for fair hearing and requests continued benefits as provided in R6-13-146.
2. B. When a six-month review under R6-13-137 was not completed due to the termination of benefits, the Department shall conduct the review at the earliest opportunity following reinstatement.
