1. A. The Department shall pay benefits to an eligible assistance unit only during a month for which the unit is eligible for a payment.
2. B. The Department shall make benefit payments in the form of a state warrant, payable directly to the eligible recipient, or to a protective payee, emergency payee, legal guardian, or vendor.
3. C. The warrant shall bear a statement which shall require the payee to confirm continuing eligibility for benefits when endorsing the warrant for payment.
