1. A. An appellant may request a continuance of the hearing by calling or writing the Office of Appeals and providing good cause as to why the hearing should be postponed.
2. B. The Office of Appeals must receive the request at least 5 work days before the scheduled hearing date and may deny an untimely request or a request which fails to establish good cause.
3. C. When a hearing is rescheduled, the Office of Appeals shall provide appropriate notice to all interested parties.
