Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-11-105
Each LWDA, Chief Elected Official, Subrecipient, Fiscal Agent, Service Provider, Eligible Training Provider, or other Recipient of WIOA Title I-B funds shall comply with all applicable federal and state statutes, regulations, rules, and federal and state policies regarding the use and disclosure of information concerning any WIOA Title I-B Applicant or Participant as outlined in the WIOA State Plan available on the Department’s website.
Adopted as an emergency effective October 1, 1983, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1003, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 83-5). Adopted as an emergency effective January 6, 1984, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1003, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 84-1). Former Section R6-11-105 adopted as an emergency effective January 6, 1984, now adopted and amended as a permanent rule effective April 5, 1984 (Supp. 84-2).
