1. A. The Jobs Program may provide a participant with support services as the Department budget for state TANF Cash Assistance permits to enable participation in the Jobs Program. Support services may include:

   1. 1. Transportation services to assist a participant with transportation expenses that may be incurred as a result of participation in the Jobs Program, which may include:

      1. a. Transportation-related expenses,
      2. b. Bus tickets or passes,
      3. c. Vehicle repair,
      4. d. Vehicle general maintenance,
      5. e. Liability insurance, or
      6. f. Contracted transportation services.

   2. 2. Health-related services not covered by AHCCCS or other medical insurance, but necessary to enable a participant to become employed or to make a determination of employability, including:

      1. a. Medical examinations and tests,
      2. b. Eyeglasses and other optical services,
      3. c. Dental services, or
      4. d. Mental health counseling.

   3. 3. Other support services, including:

      1. a. Clothing,
      2. b. Tools, equipment, or specialized garments used in specific occupations such as uniforms, hard hats, or other similar attire,
      3. c. Licenses,
      4. d. Educational testing fees,
      5. e. Relocation, or
      6. f. Shelter or utility assistance.

2. B. The Department shall provide a participant with subsidized child care pursuant to A.A.C., Chapter 5, Article 49. Other child care related expenses include:

   1. 1. Transportation to and from child care centers and to and from school,
   2. 2. Child care registration fees, and
   3. 3. Participants’ co-pay obligations.
