1. A. Based on information obtained through assessments or contained in a participant’s employment and career development plan, the Jobs Program may assign a participant to OJT.

2. B. The Jobs Program shall approve OJT worksites and assignments that:

   1. 1. Are designed to improve the participant’s chances for employment, and
   2. 2. Provide compensation in accordance with applicable wage laws.

3. C. OJT activities shall include a written training plan that contains:

   1. 1. A job description that lists the skills to be learned;
   2. 2. General employment competencies and occupation-specific skills;
   3. 3. An evaluation of the participant’s progress; and
   4. 4. A schedule that indicates the estimated date of acquisition of each skill.
