   1. a. For an initial license, 90 days;
   2. b. For a renewal license, 30 days; and
   3. c. For an amended license, 30 days.

2. 2. Substantive review time-frame:

   1. a. For an initial license, 30 days;
   2. b. For a renewal license, 31 days; and
   3. c. For an amended license, 10 days.

3. 3. Overall time-frame:

   1. a. For an initial license, 120 days;
   2. b. For a renewal license, 61 days; and
   3. c. For an amended license, 40 days.
