1. A. The licensee shall cooperate with the Division in assessing compliance with this Article.
2. B. The licensee shall allow the Division access to the setting for inspections and monitoring visits and shall allow the Division access to the licensee’s records, reports, and vehicles used to transport clients.

3. C. Inspections and monitoring visits shall include, at a minimum:

   1. 1. An annual home visit as part of the license renewal process; and
   2. 2. Two monitoring visits each year, at least one of which will be unannounced.
4. D. The licensee shall comply with corrective action plans as required by the Division.
