1. 1. The licensee shall carry liability insurance covering accidents, injuries, errors and omissions in the minimum amount of $100,000 per person, and $300,000 per accident or event.

2. 2. The licensee shall ensure that any vehicle the licensee owns or uses to transport children in care has the following insurance coverage:

   1. a. Injury per person: $100,000,
   2. b. Injury per accident: $300,000, and
   3. c. Property damage: $25,000.

A licensee shall have insurance coverage that provides protection against financial loss as prescribed in this Section.
