1. A. Illness or injury (Refusal of Work 235.25). Work that would adversely affect an existing physical or mental impairment of the claimant is unsuitable. Evidence such as a medical statement, if practical, should be obtained.
2. B. Risk of illness or injury (Refusal of Work 235.45). Any work involving undue risk to the claimant’s health, or work that fails to meet the standards of the industry is unsuitable.
