1. A. The Department shall provide a Job Seeker with:

   1. 1. Information about the Arizona Apprenticeship Program; and
   2. 2. Other information and employment resources, including workshops, assistance with creating a resume, preparing for a job interview, job searching, career assessment, and goal setting, depending on available resources.

2. B. A Job Seeker requesting services from the Department may complete a registration in the Labor Exchange System, which shall include the Job Seeker’s name, address, phone number, date of birth, and email address, if available.

   1. 1. Additional Job Seeker registration information in the Labor Exchange System may include the Job Seeker’s:

      1. a. Prior work experience, including information on salary, job duties, and any past military service;
      2. b. Education, including technical or other vocational training that the Job Seeker has completed;
      3. c. Career goals;
      4. d. Availability for work, including a willingness to travel or relocate, desire for full-time or part-time employment, and desired working hours; or
      5. e. Special skills or proficiencies, including fluency in a language other than English, or the use of equipment.
   2. 2. The Department will collect and maintain Job Seeker data and records as required by the United States Department of Labor under 29 CFR 38.41.
