1. 1. Cause the school from which the diploma was issued to deliver to the Board a certified copy of course transcripts and other information concerning the applicant’s course of study sufficient to enable the Board to determine whether the course of study is equivalent to a training program approved under R4-45-202, and
2. 2. Submit a photocopy of the applicant’s diploma from the foreign respiratory therapy school.

An applicant who has a diploma from a respiratory therapy school located outside the United States shall:
