1. A. The definitions in A.R.S. §§ 30-901, 37-1311, and 40-1301 apply to this Article.

2. B. Unless otherwise specified, in this Article:

   1. 1. “Administrative approval” means approval by operation of law when the State Forester does not request additional information or modification within the statutory review period.
   2. 2. “State Forester” means the same as in A.R.S. § 37-1302 or the State Forester’s designated representative.
