1. 1. The retailer shall provide the purchaser with a copy of all completed and signed documents;
2. 2. If a purchaser is unrepresented, the listing retailer shall provide the purchaser with a copy of all completed and signed documents; and
3. 3. If a transaction is co-brokered, the listing retailer shall provide a copy of the listing agreement to the selling retailer, and the selling retailer shall provide a copy of all completed and signed documents to the listing retailer.

A retailer shall maintain a record of all transaction documents. In every transaction:
