The Board incorporates by reference standards 1.01 through 10.10 of the “Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct” adopted by the American Psychological Association, effective June 1, 2003. The incorporated materials do not include any later amendments or editions. 2. B. A licensee shall practice psychology in accordance with the standards incorporated under subsection (A).
