1. A. The Board shall consider a license application at the Board’s next scheduled meeting if an administratively complete application packet is received by the Board office at least 18 days before the date of the meeting.
2. B. The Board shall consider a license application that is received fewer than 18 days before a scheduled meeting at a subsequent meeting.
