1. A. An applicant who does not meet the requirements in A.R.S. § 32-827 for licensure by comity shall pass the National Board Written Examinations with a grade of 75% or more.
2. B. An applicant licensed to practice podiatry in a state other than Arizona who is applying to the Board for a license by comity and who passed The National Board Written Examinations in a state other than Arizona with a score of 75% or more within five years of the application submission date meets the examination requirements of A.R.S. § 32-823.
