A. A licensee shall submit an electronic renewal application packet to the Board on or before August 31 of an even-numbered year that includes:
- 1. An electronic renewal application form, which is available on the Board’s website, and information for the compliance period immediately preceding the renewal application;
- 2. If the documentation previously submitted under R4-24-201(A)(3) or R4-24-207(A)(3) did not establish citizenship in the United States or was not a non-expiring work authorization, documentation specified under A.R.S. § 41-1080 that the presence of the licensee in the United States continues to be authorized under federal law; and
- 3. The fee required by the Board in R4-24-107.
- B. Failure of the Board to inform a licensee of license expiration does not excuse the licensee’s non-renewal or untimely renewal.
C. The Board shall:
- 1. Approve or deny the application within the time frames in R4-24-209 and Table 1, and
- 2. Deny the application of an applicant who does not meet the requirements in A.R.S. § 32-2001 et seq. or this Chapter.
- D. A licensee denied renewal of a license may request a hearing under A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 10.
- E. A licensee shall update electronically any change in the licensee’s name, home, business, or email address, or home or business telephone number no later than 30 days after the date of the change.
