1. 1. The following information concerning an investigational drug is available for use by hospital personnel:

   1. a. Composition,
   2. b. Pharmacology,
   3. c. Adverse reactions,
   4. d. Administration guidelines, and
   5. e. All other available information concerning the drug, and

2. 2. An investigational drug is:

   1. a. Properly stored in, labeled, and dispensed from the pharmacy, and
   2. b. Not dispensed before the drug is approved by the appropriate medical staff committee of the hospital.

The Director of Pharmacy or pharmacist-in-charge shall ensure that:
