1. A. The Board shall collect the following fees related medication assistant certification:

   1. 1. Initial application for certification by exam, $50.00.
   2. 2. Fingerprint processing, $50.00.
   3. 3. Application for certification by endorsement, $50.00.
2. B. If an individual or entity submits a dishonored check, draft order or note, the Board may collect, from the provider of the instrument, the amount allowed under A.R.S. § 44-6852.
