1. A. A licensee in good standing may submit to the Board either as a separate written document or as part of the renewal application, a request to transfer to inactive status, or retirement status under A.R.S. §§ 32-1606(A)(10) and 32-1636(E).
2. B. The Board shall send a written notice to the licensee granting inactive or retirement status or denying the request. A licensee denied a request for transfer to inactive or retirement status may request a hearing by filing a written request with the Board within 30 days of service of the denial of the request. Hearings shall be conducted in accordance with A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 10.
