1. A. Except for R3-11-701(1), R3-11-701(2), R3-11-701(5), and R3-11-701(6) the application process and standards contained in this Article apply to mobile clinics.

2. B. A Responsible Veterinarian shall ensure that a mobile clinic has:

   1. 1. An electrical power source;
   2. 2. Storage space for biohazardous waste pending disposal pick-up; and
   3. 3. Storage space, separate from storage space in subsection (B)(2), for the transportation of a deceased animal.
