1. 1. Allow the harvest, packing or distribution of covered produce that is substantially likely to be contaminated with animal or human excreta;
2. 2. Allow the harvest, packing or distribution of covered produce that is reasonably likely to be contaminated with sewage, or the contents of a septic system or toilet facilities; or
3. 3. Allow the harvest, packing or distribution of covered produce that has had raw manure in direct contact with the edible portion of the plant.

The following is a nonexclusive list of practices, conditions or situations on a farm that, if corrective action is not taken immediately, are substantially likely to lead to a potential source of contamination that may cause serious adverse health consequences or death from the consumption of or exposure to covered produce.
