1. 1. Providing false or misleading information;
2. 2. Failure to meet annual certification requirements for field calibration standards or vapor recovery test equipment;
3. 3. Failure to pay required fees;
4. 4. Violating any requirements stated in A.R.S. Title 3, Chapter 19, or this Chapter.; or
5. 5. If an applicant, registered service agency, or registered service representative is not qualified to perform the duties of a registered service representative or registered service agency.

The Division may deny a license or renewal, suspend or revoke a license, or impose other discipline, for any of the following reasons:
