1. A. A quarantine order shall be issued by the Director or his designee when the presence of a Foreign Animal Disease is suspected or diagnosed.
2. B. A quarantine order may be issued by the Director or his designee on the advice of the State Veterinarian when the presence of a disease is suspected or diagnosed.
3. C. The quarantine order may isolate specific animals, premises, counties, districts, or sections of the state and shall restrict the movement of animals.
