1. A. The licensing agency shall cooperate with OLR and monitor compliance with a corrective action plan to remedy the violation of a licensing requirement.

2. B. The corrective action plan shall:

   1. 1. Be written by OLR in consultation with the licensing agency,
   2. 2. Specify the rule violated by the licensee,
   3. 3. Specify the steps a foster parent must take to remedy a violation, and
   4. 4. Specify a date for completion of the required corrective action.
3. C. The licensing agency or OLR may, based on their professional judgment, conduct unannounced monitoring visits to verify the implementation or completion of corrective action.
