Financial Responsibility page

Effective Jan 2, 201621 A.A.R. 2979Department of Child Safety - Permanency and Support Services

1. Sending the child to the receiving state;
2. Returning the child to the sending state; and
3. Treatment of the child during the period of placement.

The sending person, court, or public or private agency shall be held financially responsible for:
