1. A. Affected employees may appear in person or through a representative.
2. B. An authorized employee representative shall be deemed to control all matters respecting the interest of represented employees during the proceedings.
3. C. Affected employees who are represented by an authorized employee representative may appear only through the authorized employee representative.
4. D. Any representative may withdraw from representation by filing a written notice of withdrawal with the administrative law judge and by serving a copy thereof on all interested parties.
