1. A. Any interested party or the party’s authorized representative, except as otherwise provided by law or this Article, may request a hearing on a claim. A request for hearing shall be in writing.
2. B. A party filing a request for hearing shall serve a copy upon all other parties at the same time that the party files the request for hearing with the Commission. The failure to serve a copy of a request for hearing upon other parties does not affect the validity of the hearing request.
