1. A. A report, document, instrument, videotape, audiotape, or other matter required to be filed with the Commission under A.R.S. § 23-901 et seq. and this Article shall be filed within the time required by law and this Article.

2. B. For purposes of computing time under this Article, the following applies:

   1. 1. The Commission shall not include in the computation of time the day of the act or event from which the designated period begins to run.
   2. 2. The Commission shall include in the computation of time the last day of the designated period, unless the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, or state legal holiday, in which event the period runs until the end of the next business day.
   3. 3. If the period of time prescribed is less than 11 days, the Commission shall not include intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, or state legal holidays in the computation of time.
3. C. The Commission shall deem a report, document, instrument, videotape, audiotape, or other matter filed at the Tucson office as filed at the principal office for purposes of computing time.
