Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-4-708 – Financial Condition and Resources

1. Amount of positive net worth,
2. Amount of tangible net worth,
3. Amount of liquid assets,
4. Amount of cash provided by operations,
5. Ratio of debt to net worth,
6. Owner’s personal financial resources,
7. Outside resources available,
8. Profitability,
9. Projected operating results,
10. Status as agent for a title insurance company, and
11. Sources of new business.

The Director shall consider the following criteria in evaluating an escrow agent’s, other escrow agent’s, or applicant’s financial condition and resources under A.R.S. § 6-817:
