1. 1. A collection agency shall represent itself as a collection agency,
2. 2. A collection agency shall not directly or indirectly claim to be a credit reporting agency or credit bureau if it is not,
3. 3. A collection agency shall not directly or indirectly claim to be a law enforcement agency, and
4. 4. A collection agency shall not directly or indirectly claim to be a law firm.
