If the Secretary of State denies an application for registration, or restricts,

revokes or refuses to renew a registration, or if the Secretary of State places a

registrant on probation, upon notification, the registrant may appeal the decision

of the Secretary of State pursuant to the procedure provided in A.R.S. Title 41,

Chapter 6, Article 10.
