1. A. A PEO registering with the Secretary of State shall pay the following fees:

   1. 1. If applying for initial registration:

      1. a. The initial registration fee shall be $1,000; and
      2. b. The renewal registration fee shall be $1,000.

   2. 2. If applying for group registration:

      1. a. The initial group registration fee shall be $1,000 for the parent employer organization and $500 for each member of the group; and
      2. b. The group registration renewal fee shall be $1,000 for the parent organization and $500 for each member of the group.

   3. 3. If applying for limited registration:

      1. a. The initial limited registration fee shall be $1,000; and
      2. b. The limited registration renewal fee shall be $1,000.
2. B. All fees are nonrefundable.
