Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-7-503 – Procurement of Construction Using Alternate Project Delivery Method

1. Cost and cost control method,
2. Value engineering,
3. Market conditions,
4. Schedule,
5. Required specialized expertise,
6. Technical complexity of the project, or
7. Project management.

The agency chief procurement officer may use an alternate project delivery method if it is in the best interest of the state pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 41-2578 and 41-2579, based on the following factors:
