The state procurement administrator shall maintain a record of each contract awarded under A.R.S. §§ 41-2536 (sole source procurement) and 41-2537 (emergency procurement) that exceeds the amount prescribed in A.R.S. § 41-2535(A). The record shall be maintained for a minimum of five years. The state procurement administrator shall ensure that the record is available for public inspection and contains all of the following:
