1. A. A non-profit organization may request written approval from the committee for certified status as a non-profit agency for disabled individuals for the purpose of being eligible for set-aside contracts by submitting information that satisfies the criteria identified in A.R.S. § 41-2636(A) and 41-2636(G).

2. B. The committee shall review the information submitted and respond to the requestor in writing by:

   1. 1. Approving the request for certification;
   2. 2. Denying the request for certification; or
   3. 3. Requesting more information.
