1. A. If a written determination is required under applicable law, an agency chief procurement officer shall include the basis for the action taken in the written determination.
2. B. The agency chief procurement officer shall place the written determination into the purchasing agency’s procurement file.
3. C. A procurement file located at a state agency is considered the official records file of the director as required by A.R.S. § 41-2502, if the file is maintained by an agency chief procurement officer.
