1. A. If a dispute between the Lottery and a claimant occurs concerning a ticket or prize, the Lottery, at the sole discretion of the Director, may replace the disputed ticket or prize with a ticket or tickets of equivalent sales price for any subsequent drawing from the same game, or any current game of equivalent value.
2. B. If a defective ticket is purchased, the Lottery, at the sole discretion of the Director, may replace the defective ticket with a ticket or tickets of equivalent sales price from the same game, or any current game of equivalent value.
3. C. If a dispute between the Lottery and a claimant occurs concerning the eligibility of an entry into any drawing, the Director is authorized to place any person’s eligible entry into a subsequent drawing or drawings.
