1. A. Except for a broken package, as defined at A.R.S. § 4-101, used in sampling conducted under A.R.S. §§ 4-206.01(K), 4-243(B)(3) or 4-244.04, a liquor store or beer and wine store licensee shall not have a broken package of spirituous liquor on the licensed premises.
2. B. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. § 4-244(19).
