1. A. Any person who has been granted an individual or general permit shall post such permit or a certificate of permit issuance on location where the equipment is installed in such a manner as to be clearly visible and accessible. All equipment covered by the permit shall be clearly marked with one of the following:

   1. 1. The current permit number,
   2. 2. A serial number or other equipment number that is also listed in the permit to identify that piece of equipment.
2. B. A copy of the complete permit shall be kept on the site.
