1. 1. The total quantity of spillwater delivered for non-irrigation uses during the year.
2. 2. The total quantity of spillwater delivered for irrigation uses during the year.
3. 3. Any other information the Director may reasonably require to determine whether the water qualifies as spillwater under R12-15-1001(10).

A water deliverer that delivers spillwater during a year shall include the following information in the annual account or annual report submitted by the water deliverer for that year:
