1. A. Selection of Officers

   1. 1. At the first meeting following January 1 of each year, the members present shall select by majority vote a Chairman and a Vice Chairman to serve through the first meeting following January 1 of the year following.
   2. 2. If a vacancy in either the Chairman or Vice Chairman office of the Board occurs, the members present at the first meeting following the occurrence of the vacancy shall select a member by majority vote to fill the unexpired term of the officer.
   3. 3. If the Chairman and Vice Chairman are absent from a meeting of the Board held in accordance with these rules, a Presiding Officer shall be selected by majority vote of the members present.

2. B. Duties of the officers are as follows:

   1. 1. The Chairman shall preside over all meetings and functions of the Board.
   2. 2. The Vice Chairman shall take over the duties of the Chairman if the Chairman is absent.
   3. 3. The Presiding Officer shall take over the duties as Chairman if the Chairman and Vice Chairman are absent.
