1. A. Camping areas are open to public use at all hours.
2. B. Day-use areas are open to the public during the hours posted.
3. C. The Director may temporarily restrict the hours of public use or close all or a portion of a state park in the interest of public safety or to protect the property.
4. D. The Director may modify the hours of use on a temporary basis to accommodate unusual or seasonal circumstances. The Director shall post any exception to usual hours of public use at the entrance to the state park.
