1. A. The recording of a Certificate of Purchase and/or Patent with the County Recorder of the County in which the lands are located.
2. B. Payment of the taxes, water assessments and other charges which may be assessed against the land.
3. C. Protection of the lands against any loss or waste to or upon the lands.
4. D. To maintain any right to the use of water appurtenant to the land against forfeiture or abandonment of the right.
5. E. File a report with the State Land Commissioner of the sale of any sand, gravel, stone or other natural product from the land.
6. F. Acquire the consent of the Department prior to granting a right- of-way on the land.
